THE dizzy heights of Tottenham have a lot to offer – from the public toilets turned into a trendy micro-pub to the big Asda on the high road.

Now the London borough’s most famous export, Adele, is preparing to show them off to her new boyfriend when she returns to the capital next month.

Insiders revealed the singer, whose comeback single Easy On Me will go to No1 today after becoming the fastest-selling single of 2021 in just four days, is bringing American sports agent Rich Paul to meet her extended family and friends.

He will be getting a guided tour of Adele’s old stomping grounds, including Tottenham in North London and West Norwood in South London — which inspired her 2008 song Hometown Glory.

An insider said: “Adele will be joined by Rich when she comes back to the UK. She wants to introduce him to her wider circle of friends he has never met. Being able to show him where she grew up means a lot to her.

“Adele’s roots are in the capital and she wants to introduce Rich to the sights and sounds of her early life in Tottenham and in South London.

“There are not many people more proud of where they come from than Adele. Rich is in for a real treat.”

If he’s lucky, she might take him to the River Lea Cafe, where she had her first job, or to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to watch Spurs lose.

Adele split from her husband Simon Konecki, a charity boss, in 2019. Their break up inspired her upcoming album 30, which will be out on November 19.

After pouring her heart out for the record, she met Rich and the pair went public with their romance in July this year.

Speaking about him for the first time earlier this month, Adele said: “Rich just incredibly arrived. I don’t feel anxious or nervous or frazzled. It’s quite the opposite. It’s wild.

"It feels like it’s consistent and considerate enough that I don’t care who knows. He’s great. He’s so f***ing funny.”

It’s really good to see Adele so happy again. And I’ve no doubt the whole of Tottenham will roll out the red carpet when she brings her new man to town.

MILEY CYRUS went topless for a magazine cover – then confessed she is often mistaken for a man.

She also posed in this fluffy jacket and not much else for the Interview shoot, and was quizzed by Metallica's Lars Ulrich after she covered the rocker’s song Nothing Else Matters.

She said of the record: “Singing those super-low lead vocals is so satisfying.”

But she added: “My whole life, whether in vocal training or just continuing to hone my craft, it’s always been about, ‘Why do you sound like a man? Where’s your f***ing falsetto, bitch? Why can’t you sing the high octave of Party In The U.S.A. any more?’

“In this song, I get to sing in that low register, and I get to live in that authentic, genuine sound. My voice is how I represent myself.

"It’s how I express myself. I’ve worked with so many people who tell me, ‘We’re going to have to bring in a singer to hit those high parts’.”

WES NELSON has returned today with latest tune Say Nothing, just as his debut single See Nobody was certified platinum with sales of 600,000.

The singer-songwriter, who found fame on Love Island in 2018, has sold almost a million records in a year to cement himself as one of the breakout stars of this year.

Wes said: “I wrote Say Nothing the day after I wrote See Nobody, over FaceTime with Ayo Beatz.

“The song means a lot to me, as it was right at the beginning of my journey as a songwriter and I was in such a good place creatively.

He leads the new releases, while rising Brit Mimi Webb has put out her debut EP Seven Shades Of Heartbreak and Christina Aguilera has dropped her Spanish single Pa’ Mis Muchachas.

BILLIE SHELLS OUT FOR LOBSTER LOOK

A LONG night wearing a sweaty onesie would have me feeling crabby, but Billie Eilish looked like she was in good spirits in this lobster costume.

The Happier Than Ever singer wore the bright red clobber to rapper Doja Cat's underwater-themed 26th birthday bash in Los Angeles.

Model Winnie Harlow and singer Teyana Taylor were also there but they didn’t go so overboard with their outfits.

AS if the past few months haven’t been hard enough for Rylan Clark, he has now found himself banned from Tinder.

The newly single telly presenter tried his hand at online dating after his split from husband Dan Neal this year.

However, Rylan’s joy at swiping right came to an abrupt end after he was banned from the app for violating its terms of service. Staff apparently thought his profile was catfishing – meaning they believed it was someone impersonating him.

Rylan shared a screenshot on Instagram of the notification he received, which read: “Your Tinder profile has been banned for activity that violates our terms of use.”

Alongside the image, he wrote, “Catfish”, with a crying-laughing emoji.

Surprisingly, I’m yet to have anyone pretending to be me online to help them pull . . . but I guess there’s still time.

MNEK topped the charts last year with his Joel Corry collaboration Head & Heart and now he is giving other artists the opportunity for success by launching a record label.

The musician – who penned several Little Mix hits, as well as tracks for Beyonce and Madonna – said: “I’ve started my own label. It’s really about honing in on bringing in young talent.

“I started out really young and I want to be what I should have had during that time, where I was really figuring myself out.

"I want to be a mouthpiece for young artists of colour and really talented people who deserve a chance that maybe major labels aren’t giving them. As an artist myself, I want to be artist-friendly, not ‘business honcho’ all the time.”

MNEK sings on CRAIG DAVID’s new single Who You Are, out today. It is the first track from Craig’s eighth studio album, 22, out next May.

MNEK told me: “Craig is someone I’ve looked up to for a really long time.”
