Amanda Holden shows off 'incredible' Christmas home decor to 'obsessed' fans

Amanda Holden fans will know she loves an opportunity to put on a show, and clearly Christmas is no exception.

The TV star has been busy decorating her house for the festive season, much to the delight of her Instagram followers.

Posting on the platform yesterday (November 29), Amanda shared pictures of her brand new, lavishly decorated front door.

Lush green fir fronds, huge bright blue peacock feathers, and a whacky selection of baubles clusters in blue, green and gold cascading around her ornate double door in the photo.

"Our beautiful door decorated by the hugely talented @earlyhoursltd," wrote a proud Amanda, who has also been busy decorating the interior of her house ready for the festivities.

Earlier in the day she had posted a snap of herself posing next to an enormous Christmas tree, which was sparkling and laden with giant gold pine cones, feathers and blue ribbon.

Some Amanda fans were bowled over by her extravagant decorating, describing how they "loved the colours" on the "beautiful" door.

"Obsessed," commented one avid fan, spamming the comments with heart emojis as they added: "this screams Christmas and I'm here for it."

"Oh my this is Absolutely Beautiful," gushed another person, and someone else playfully asked Amanda: "Just going for the minimal look this year ?"

However, some fans were uncomfortable with the "over the top" decorations, and wanted to know exactly how much Amanda had splashed out on them.

"What did it cost?" asked one curious commenter, as another expressed their disbelief at "how the rich live."

"I bet it cost more than a lot of people spend on Christmas," wrote one disgruntled Instagram user.

"For those of us key workers on minimum wage struggling to even get 1 present for our children," complained someone else, as another person grumbled about people going hungry at Christmas.

"If you got the cash to splash," chipped in another disillusioned fan.
