Blue Ivy, 11, joins mum Beyoncé on stage and she's already an icon
Blue Ivy took to the stage at Beyoncé’s Paris Renaissance concert last night, and she’s already an icon.
The 11-year-old – who is Jay-Z and Queen Bey’s eldest of three children – clearly takes after her mother when it comes to her stage skills.
Taking to the Stade de France in a glittering silver long-sleeved top and shiny cargo pants, and decked in some oval sunglasses, Blue was an absolute vibe.
We can see traces of both her rapper dad and Queen Bey in the little star, as she nailed the choreography to My Power from The Lion King, looking super chilled, as her mum rocked out on top of a car behind her.
The crowd went wild as on the lyric, ‘This that bloodline,’ Blue entered the stage and danced her socks of next to the Crazy In Love hitmaker.
‘Give it up for Blue,’ Beyoncé said as her daughter took to the stage, to a whooping audience.
Just, you know, a casual family day out – in front of 80,000 people.
Fans were, naturally, loving the mother-daughter moment, as one said: ‘Nerves of steel for this young lady. The sheer amount of courage it takes to be on stage with her mom and in front of huge audiences.. she did amazing.’
Another wrote: ‘Me looking at Blue Ivy dancing thinking where is she – because I thought I was watching Beyoncé dancing! When I really did see Bey up top I was like OMG! Blue Ivy is everything rn!’
‘So cute calm and nonchalant!!! Love this!!’ wrote another, as someone else commented: ‘That’s dope as hell.’
This is not the first time Blue has enjoyed sharing the stage with her megastar mum, as she also joined her for Queen Bey’s first gig in five years in Dubai earlier this year.
The megastar family are very tight-lipped about their three children, but Blue does get out and about with her parents, like at this year’s Super Bowl when Jay-Z proved he’s a pretty epic dad.
The musical pair also share five-year-old twins Rumi and Sir.
The Cuff It singer’s epic tour is promoting her seventh studio album, Renaissance, and is reportedly going to earn the artist £1.6bn.
The highly-anticipated tour will also mark Bey’s first run of UK live performances since her On the Run tour in 2018.
After Paris, Bey is heading back to the UK to perform five shows at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on May 29 and 30, and June 1, 3, and 4.
