Carol Vorderman, 61, shows off 'incredible' abs in gym snaps
Carol Vorderman has left fans in awe of her 'incredible’ toned body after she posted several pictures to social media on Monday.
The former Countdown presenter, 61, shared the photos on Twitter and Instagram as she spends time in the gym while on holiday in Portugal. In the pictures, Carol is surrounded by gym equipment while wearing an orange and purple sports bra and wearing leopard print leggings.
In one picture, Carol can be seen smiling while lifting her arm to show off her toned bicep and abs during an upper body workout. She said: "Spending a fair bit of time in the gym here....upper body workout today....with just a few bits of kit.

Fans were quick to share their amazement at the condition of the TV presenter’s body. One wrote: “You look incredible, I’m in awe.”
Another said: “WOW! How on Earth do you keep abs like that, do you eat thin air???”
British athlete Dame Kelly Holmes said: "Wow looking so good," followed by a fire emoji.
