Deborah James says goodbye to brother Ben in emotional farewell
Dame Deborah James has heartbreakingly said goodbye to her brother Ben. The podcaster has moved in with her parents, she has revealed.
Speaking to The Sun, Deborah confirmed she had said bye to Ben, as he heads off to the United States. Deborah spoke out in a new newsppaer interview.
“He’s off on holiday to the US. I have told him they have to go, they’ve planned the trip for ages. I also told him he must not come back, under any circumstances,” she said.

Deborah added: “He says he’ll come home. It’ll be horrible saying goodbye to him. I can’t really think about it right now.” Deborah also paid tribute to her brother and his fiancee.
“My brother will be the most amazing dad. I am so pleased he is engaged, I love Ashley and they are so happy together. It breaks my heart that I won’t see their kids, or see the dad he will be,” she said.
This weekend, Deb shared a touching gesture from her dad on Father's Day. The bowel cancer fundraiser said she has 'no strength' to brush her own hair anymore.
She wrote on a picture of her dad helping her: "Happy Father's Day! Yes my Dad is brushing my hair because [sic[ I have no strength anymore to brush this..."
