Kerry Katona has confessed that she hates her "plus-size" 12 to 14 figure and says she's "so fat, ugly and miserable" after piling on the weight. The 41-year-old opened up about how she's struggling with her body image on social media in a candid Instagram Story.
Kerry revealed that she's the "biggest" she's ever been, and wants to start doing something about it. Speaking on Instagram Live, the mum-of-five told her 775,000 followers: "I am at my biggest weight at the minute. I am so miserable because I feel so big. "It's the biggest I've ever been, I could cry. I am going to document this weight loss. I'm feeling really fat and ugly at the minute. Kerry continued: "Not that there's anything wrong with being a size 12 to 14 but I feel dead miserable about mine. "I am all about empowering women and embracing their weight but I've got issues, honest to god, I've got really bad issues. I'm really miserable, nothing fits me at the minute." The star has an event to attend and feels like she won't feel comfortable in anything that she puts on.
She proudly shared a number of sizzling snaps that displayed her ripped six-pack, which she gained from Skinny Jab treatments, workouts and yoga. Earlier this week, the telly favourite revealed she’s not cooked for her kids for six months and has lived off takeaways. Kerry will appear on the new series Celebrity Trash Monsters: What’s Your Waste Size – where her eating habits at home were laid bare - this Sunday. Ahead of her stint on the programme, which starts this Sunday, she admitted it had been half a year since she last cooked for her family.
