The below information is what Huddersfield Town have been promoting and so it is reasonable that Forest fans should expect similar.

The easiest way to reach Wembley Stadium is likely via trains. Forest are yet to announce any coach travel for supporters.

There are currently no planned engineering works that appear to be affecting the mainline East Midlands Railway route from Nottingham station to London St Pancras.

The train from Nottingham to London St Pancras is a direct route taking around two hours. From St Pancras, use the Metropolitan Underground line to travel northbound to Wembley Park station. It is a short walk from the tube station to Wembley Stadium.

The last train out of St Pancras on May 29 direct to Nottingham is at 22.32, arriving back into Nottingham at 23.26.

If driving by car, it is between a two-and-a-quarter-hours and three hours journey from the City Ground to Wembley Stadium.

Parking for supporters and supporter coaches at Wembley can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com or by telephone 0208 903 6966. Car Parking is charged at £90 per coach and £30 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

Blue Badge Parking at Wembley Stadium is available to purchase at a discounted cost of £15 per space. Subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

How much will travel cost to Wembley?

Forest are yet to announce coach travel for supporters and how much that will cost.

According to Trainline, two single train tickets from Nottingham to Wembley will put an adult back nearly £150. A super off-peak day travel card will cost £80.

Will the game be on TV?

Yes. The Championship play-offs final will be broadcast live by Sky Sports on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event.

Kick-off is at 4.30pm and so coverage is expected to begin from at least 4pm.

Highlights will be uploaded to Sky Sports' YouTube channel after the match, while live highlights show EFL on Quest will be on Quest at 10.30pm BST.

How else can I follow?
