Kerry Katona said she is feeling "miserable" as she is "the biggest" she has ever been at the minute.

The 41-year-old reality star almost broke down in an Instagram Live video on Tuesday as she shared her body struggles with her 775,000 followers online.

The mum-of-five continued to open up to her fans as she went on to tell them she feels "so ugly" and "fat" at the minute.

The TV star revealed she'd found it hard to maintain her old routine after moving home, catching Covid and her household recently coming down with the flu.

Kerry explained she was previously "getting up early" to start her day off with a workout and meditation.

Talking about her recent body change, she said on Instagram: "We're also about to launch N-fit because I am at my biggest weight at the minute. I'm not going to lie to anybody, I am so miserable because I feel so big.

"It's the biggest I've ever been, I could cry.

"So I'm actually going to document this weight loss that I'm going to do, it's the biggest that I've ever been. I'm feeling really fat and really really ugly at the minute.

"It's getting me really really down and none of my clothes fit me."

Kerry insisted she is an advocate for all body shapes and sizes, but told fans she has lost her confidence and will feel better about herself by slimming down.

"Not that there's anything wrong with being a size 12 to 14 there's nothing wrong with it but I just feel dead miserable about mine," she continued.

Opening her shirt up, Kerry added: "Look it makes my boobs even bigger, look.

"Ryan loves me no matter what but I'm so miserable about it."

Kerry concluded: "What it is, is I've got out of my routine of doing all of the things that I used to do. Getting up, meditating, I'm so off track with it all."

She told fans her loving husband-to-be and person trainer Ryan is going to be helping her try and slim down.

"But I'm getting back on track with it and Ryan is going to help me out with it," she said, as Ryan told fans: "I am."
