Marti Pellow's appearance distracts This Morning viewers

Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary welcomed Marti Pellow onto the This Morning sofa on Friday where the singer also treated them to a performance of his new song. However, just minutes into the interview, ITV viewers became distracted by Marti's appearance as many were baffled by the Wet Wet Wet star's choice of purple suit.
When speaking about his early success, Marti began: "It was early teens there, I was just getting by the writing stage.
"There were just these wee snippets of songs that would make its way and sold out at a very young age."
"What was it that inspired you at that age when you were 13 and putting pen to paper?" Dermot asked.
"Going and watching bands," Marti replied. "Going to watch live music and going to see bands."
