Noel Edmonds' net worth, three marriages and I'm A Celeb record
Noel Edmonds is the focus of a special feature-length documentary airing on Channel 5 this weekend. You can tune into Noel Edmonds: The Rise and Fall of Mr Saturday Night on Sunday, December 4 from 9pm.
A synopsis for the one-off programme promises: "A profile of the TV and radio presenter, revealing the extraordinary rise, fall and return of one of Britain's most unpredictable and ambitious TV personalities. Starting out at Radio Luxembourg, Edmonds reached his peak with Noel's House Party and Mr Blobby in the 1990s, but failed personal ventures led to his disappearance from the nation's screens until he made a comeback with Deal or No Deal in 2005."
The TV presenter, radio DJ, writer, producer and businessman first rose to prominence as a disc jockey on Radio Luxembourg before moving over to BBC Radio 1 in the UK. Over the course of 50 years, he has presented various radio and television shows across the BBC, Sky UK and Channel 4.

He is known for appearing in and presenting the likes of Top of the Pops (between 1972 and 1978), Top Gear (1979–1980), The Late, Late Breakfast Show (1982–1986), The Noel Edmonds Saturday Roadshow (1988–1990) and Deal or No Deal (2005–2016).
In November 2018, Edmonds memorably became I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here's highest-paid participant ever when he became the first celebrity to be voted out of the series in November 2018. The TV personality was reportedly paid £600,000 for his short time in the jungle, equating to around £2777.78 per hour.
In terms of his personal life, Edmonds – who has an estimated net worth of £83 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth – married his first wife, Gillian Slater, in 1971, with the pair deciding to go their separate ways 11 years later. He then married Helen Soby in 1986 with the couple going on to have four daughters together before splitting in 2005.
Later, in July 2009, Edmonds married his third wife, Liz Davies, who was working as a make-up artist on Deal or No Deal when they first met. They decided to leave the UK and move to New Zealand in 2015, emigrating in 2019.
In addition to working in TV and radio over the years, Edmonds is also a licensed helicopter pilot and a former president of the British Horse Society. He is also famously fond of referring to himself in the third person - something which had I'm A Celeb viewers baffled.
