Oscar nominations 2023: Everything Everywhere All At Once leads Oscar nominations
The best actress category sees Andrea Riseborough score a nomination for her brilliant performance in To Leslie.
This is great but also pretty astounding - Riseborough was an incredibly late breaker in the race, building her momentum only in the last fortnight thanks to campaigning from some Hollywood A-listers.
Susan Sarandon, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Charlize Theron, Kate Winslet and Gwyneth Paltrow were among the stars who hosted special screenings and tweeted their love for the film in an effort to get it on the Academy's radar.
Riseborough is joined in the category by favourites Cate Blanchett (for Tar) and Michelle Yeoh (for Everything Everywhere All At Once).
The other nominees include Michelle Williams - who scores a nomination for leading actress despite predictions that she might've been bumped down to supporting.
And finally Ana de Armas, who is nominated for her performance as Marilyn Monroe in the divisive Blonde - which scored some Razzie nominations earlier this week.
The big snubs here are Danielle Deadwyler (Till), Olivia Colman (Empire of Light) and Viola Davis (The Woman King).
