Sheffield Wednesday v Morecambe team news confirmed as Moore makes three changes
Sheffield Wednesday boss Darren Moore has named his side to take on second-from-bottom Morecambe this evening. Moore has made three changes to the team beaten by Barnsley last time out.
Reece James, Michael Smith and Alex Mighten start, with Dominic Iorfa, Marvin Johnson and Tyreeq Bakinson dropping out. It appears there will be a change in formation from 3-5-2 to 4-3-3.
Liam Palmer, the League One player of the month for August, and James look set to line up in the full back positions, with Michael Ihiekwe and Mark McGuinness at centre-back. The midfield three will consist of George Byers, Barry Bannan and Josh Windass.

Smith, Mighten and Lee Gregory make up the front three. It is Mighten's first league start since joining the Owls on a season-long loan from Nottingham Forest.
The fixture gets under way at 7:45pm. A minute’s silence will be held before the match in tribute to Queen Elizabeth II, who died aged 96 last week. The players will wear black armbands, the flags will fly at half-mast and the National Anthem to be played.
