The actress and comedian, 36, rose to fame with the BAFTA-winning BBC mockumentary This Country, which she created, wrote and starred in with her brother Charlie Cooper.
Daisy was the guest announcer on the hit ITV show with Ant and Dec on Saturday night. And viewers couldn't get over how different she looked.
Daisy, who was recently unmasked as the Otter on The Masked Singer, previously revealed she had lost weight after being trolled. She went on the keto (low carb, high fat) diet to slim down after lockdown after admitted she was unhealthy and miserable.
Viewers took to Twitter to comment on her new look. Daniel Leif said: "Daisy may Cooper has smashed that weight. gwarn girl."

Joolz said: "Just how good does Daisy look." Georgia echoed: "How amazing does Daisy May Cooper look."
Speaking to Grazia magazine, Daisy spoke about her weight loss. She said: 'I'm so for body positivity but when I was at my biggest I was at my most miserable and I had a massive food addiction.
"I wasn't healthy. I couldn't breathe when I was walking up the stairs. I was so unhappy.
'And I've had some messages like, "Well, now you've lost the weight you're not funny any more." What the f"k? Why do women have to be f**king fat to be funny? That makes me so angry. I champion anybody. I think everybody should be happy with their body. But I wasn't.'
