Bill Turnbull, 65, has offered a health update, teasing a return to the BBC. The former BBC presenter responded to a fan's Facebook memory after he asked Bill how he was doing.

Bill was told by his doctors in 2017 that he had incurable prostate cancer, which had spread to his spine, ribs, pelvis, hips and legs. Bill revealed in November last year when speaking on BBC Morning Live that he wished he checked himself out, as he might not be in the situation he is in now. He said: "I didn't get checked which is why I'm in the situation I'm in now."
