Emma went on to be the first black female investor to be featured on Shark Tank - a sort of US Dragons' Den - since the show's inception in 2009. The star is now set to guest star on BBC’s hit show Dragon's Den alongside fellow Dragons Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden, Touker Suleyman, Sara Davies and Steven Bartlett.
Speaking about why she decided to be a Dragon on the programme, Emma told The Sun: “I have been watching the show for so many years, so being able to come back to the UK as a Dragon to share my own experience with the budding entrepreneurs entering the Den is very exciting.
“What I’ve understood in my years in business is so much of it isn’t always about who has the best idea — it’s often who has who has access to the right opportunities."
Emma has an estimated net worth of £282 million. She was recognised as one of Forbes' "30 Under 30" in the Marketing & Advertising category.
Emma now spends most of her time in America in her £19million Bel Air mansion. She also bought Brad Pitt's Malibu holiday home for £27million in 2022.
