BANNED: Rishi Sunak cracks down on XL Bully dogs after attacks

A MAN has been killed after being mauled by two dogs believed to be XL Bullys - before one of the rampaging pets was throttled to death. Brave passers-by tried to rip the dogs off the man after they attacked him at around 3.12pm yesterday in Stonall, Staffordshire. But the man tragically died from his injuries. The Sun understands that the dogs were XL Bullys which escaped from a neighbour's house.
