President Biden’s memory is so bad that he could not recall when his son died or when his term as vice-president ended, according to prosecutors who interviewed him for hoarding top-secret documents. The 81-year-old president’s memory lapses were revealed in a detailed report that concluded he could not be put on trial in part because no jury would convict a man with such poor recall, even though he “wilfully” retained the sensitive papers.
