Cardiff: Cars set alight and fireworks thrown at police in riot at crash scene

Officers were called to the scene of the crash in Ely just after 6pm on Monday, with rioters still on the streets nine hours later. At least two cars were set on fire and rioters threw missiles, including fireworks, at a line of police officers with riot shields blocking one end of the street.
