Rishi Sunak brought David Cameron back into the Cabinet on Monday in a reshuffle that triggered a new row with the Right of the Conservative Party. Lord Cameron accepted a peerage to become Foreign Secretary, ending almost seven years in the political wilderness after he quit as prime minister following the 2016 Brexit referendum.
