Domestic abuse: 'I feel like I'll always live in fear - I don't think I'll ever be free'

Sky News can reveal the national domestic abuse helpline recorded a 40% rise in victims seeking advice about the criminal justice system between 2020 and 2023, according to the charity Refuge. It comes as the police and the crown prosecution service launch a new framework to improve a victim’s experience when reporting domestic abuse.
