Shadow Climate Change Secretary Ed Miliband says it's "obscene" that the government is refusing to introduce a windfall tax which would help ease the cost of living crisis. He went on to say, "every day that goes by when they refuse to do the right thing, is another day when millions of people in this country have sleepless nights about how they're going to afford their bills. Mr Miliband also said he believes the Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, will introduce a windfall tax.
