Flooding has caused travel chaos in London as the Tube and roads have been forced to close following heavy rainfall overnight. The Met Office said that 35mm of rain fell in St James's Park from midnight to 6am on Tuesday and told people to take extra care when travelling this morning. Two Tube lines and some services on the London Overground have closed after the downpours, Transport for London (TfL) said.
