This is the moment an American XL bully attacked an 11-year-old girl and two men in Birmingham. Home Secretary Suella Braverman said she was seeking "urgent advice" about banning the breed after footage emerged showing the animal attacking the girl and a man in Bordesley Green. Ms Braverman said the dogs were a "clear and lethal" danger after the video of the attack appeared on the social media platform TikTok.
