Hurricane Ian drains water across Tampa Bay

Hurricane Ian has caused water to drain across Tampa Bay, it comes as the storm intensified into an “extremely dangerous” Category 4 hurricane on Wednesday. Hurricane Ian is now rapidly approaching the top end of that category, according to the US National Hurricane Center.
