Drone footage shot on Sunday (June 4) morning showed work underway to clear train crash wreckage from the tracks after Indian authorities said search and rescue operations to find survivors from a massive collision that left 288 dead had ended. Excavators were used to move toppled train carriages off the tracks as India rushes to bring its rail system back up, following the accident in Balasore city on Friday (June 2) -- the country’s second deadliest rail accident in two decades. The crash occurred at around 7 p.m. (1330 GMT) on Friday when the Howrah Superfast Express from Bengaluru to Howrah in West Bengal collided with the Coromandel Express from Kolkata to Chennai.
