The Secretary General of Nato says the risk of conflict between Russia and Ukraine is real. Vladimir Putin continues to build up troops and weapons, but insists Russia will not invade. The US’s top diplomat, Antony Blinken, is in Europe vowing relentless diplomacy to stop Russian aggression and is heading to Geneva to meet the Russian foreign minister. What’s Putin’s next move?
