Keir Starmer says he will resign if fined over Covid rule breach claims
The Labour leader has said he will step down if the police fine him over an event in April 2021, when he had curry and beer at an MP's office during an election campaign visit. Labour's deputy leader, Angela Rayner, who was also at the event, has confirmed she would also resign if she was issued with a fine.
