King Charles delivers historic speech to German parliament

King Charles III his delivered a historic addresses to the German national parliament. His appearance marks the first time in history a British monarch has done this. On day one of his state visit, King Charles attended a state dinner, hosted by German president Frank-Walter Steinmeier. The King's last visit to Germany was three years ago, before he was monarch.
