Kyiv thwarts Russian missile strike but debris sparks fire
Russian missiles launched at Kyiv were downed by Ukraine's air defences, the head of Kyiv's military administration, Serhiy Popko, said on Telegram. Falling debris caused a fire at a business building, authorities reported.
