Shadow financial secretary, James Murray, has told Sky News the Prime Minister has been made to "look ridiculous" after receiving a fixed penalty notice for not wearing a seatbelt. He said it shows Rishi Sunak is "not on top of his job" and also criticised the Prime Minister for standing by the Conservative Party Chair, Nadhim Zahawi.
