Leaked footage shows No 10 staff laughing about 'Christmas party'
Officials from Number 10 have been caught on camera laughing about a Christmas party that Downing Street has insisted never happened. The footage, filmed last December, shows a rehearsal for a news conference. Allegra Stratton, the Prime Minister's then-press secretary, jokes about a "business meeting" and a "cheese and wine" event that was "not socially-distanced". Prime Minister Boris Johnson has insisted for several days the event - allegedly held during lockdown - did not happen.
