Libya: Drone footage shows widespread destruction
This drone footage shows the extent of damage caused by the collapse of two dams in the flood-hit eastern city of Derna. The number of deaths has soared to 11,300 in Derna, the Libyan Red Crescent said. Rescuers are calling for more body bags to be sent to the city.
