Liz Truss is to meet US President Joe Biden for the first time since she became Prime Minister on Sunday, No10 has confirmed. President Biden is coming to London for the Queen’s state funeral on Monday and is expected to attend a reception for world leaders hosted by King Charles III at Buckingham Palace on Sunday evening. But ahead of that event the US President will meet Ms Truss for talks in Downing Street.
