Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer says his party's plan to stop illegal migrant crossings will involve working with "EU partners". Speaking from The Hague, Sir Keir rejected assertions that such a deal with Europe would be a betrayal of the 2016 Brexit referendum, and said the only way to defeat the gangs is to "operate where they're operating, which is in Europe and beyond."
