Rescue workers in Morocco are racing against time to reach villages in the Atlas Mountains which have been hardest hit by a massive earthquake. The Red Cross is warning of further disaster if food and water do not quickly reach survivors. The number known to have died has passed 2,000 with many more in hospital. Many countries are sending aid and relief workers to help with the rescue efforts. The earthquake measured 6.8 on the Richter scale.
