As leaders of Nato countries meet for the final day of their summit in Madrid, Britain has announced a big increase in support for Ukraine. UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the weapons, equipment and training were helping to transform Ukraine's defences. The Nato meeting has endorsed plans to strengthen the alliance's forces in eastern Europe in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and started the process of admitting Sweden and Finland.
