UK TV presenter Phillip Schofield has confirmed he had an affair with a younger male ITV employee while he was still married. In a statement to the Daily Mail newspaper, Schofield apologised for lying to his colleagues and the media, and said his relationship with the young employee, who the BBC is not naming, was "unwise but not illegal".
