Rescue efforts are under way in Taiwan after a powerful earthquake struck close to the city of Hualien, leaving buildings tilted at precarious angles. The 7.2-magnitude earthquake also rocked buildings in the capital, Taipei, where several people were rescued from a partially collapsed warehouse.
