Ukraine has accused Russia of committing war crimes and torture after around 450 graves were found in territory re-taken by Ukrainian forces in the north-east of the country. Officials say the graves contain the remains of civilians and around 20 soldiers who are said to have had their hands bound. The claims have not been independently verified.
