Russia flees key city of Lyman, retaken by Ukraine

Yesterday President Putin declared the Donetsk region of Ukraine was now part of Russia. (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe) Today the Russian defence ministry said its troops had abandoned the town of Lyman, a key logistics hub in Donetsk, after Ukrainian forces got close to encircling them.
