Storm Daniel has devastated parts of Libya, as catastrophic flooding has killed thousands. (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe) A city that was home to a hundred thousand people is now under water - entire neighbourhoods simply swept away. Local officials say they've been left stunned by the scale of destruction, beyond anything they can cope with alone. ----------------------- Follow us: Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/Channel4News/ Twitter - https://twitter.com/Channel4News TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@c4news Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/channel4news/
