A group of protesters interrupted the COVID inquiry yesterday during Boris Johnson's first session giving evidence and apologising for his, and his government's actions during the pandemic. Kathryn Butcher, Fran Hall, Michelle Rumball and, Kirsten Hackman held up pictures of their loved ones lost to the pandemic alongside signs that read "The dead can't hear your apologies." We speak to these four women about what urged them to protest and why they think that the former prime minister's apology isn't enough.
