Ukraine War: President Putin visits Mariupol following indictment by the ICC

Russian President Vladimir Putin has visited the city of Mariupol in what's believed to be his first visit to Russian occupied territories of Ukraine's Donbas region since the war began. His visit comes in the week that he was indicted by the International Criminal Court and comes off the back of his visit to Crimea on Saturday for the ninth anniversary of its annexation.
