UKRAINIAN soldiers burn Russian flag in Vovchansk as they regain territory in Kharkiv region. Video released on Tuesday (September 13) by the State Border Service of Ukraine showed Ukrainian soldiers burning a Russian flag and ripping down Russian banners from a supermarket in Vovchansk. Reuters was able to geolocate the supermarket on a main road in Vovchansk, in the northeastern Kharkiv region, through third-party images on Google Maps and found that these scenes matched those seen in the video. The handout video also included several shots of abandoned Russian tanks on a road said to be located in Vovchansk, however Reuters could not independently verify them.
