'We are confident we can maintain our policy on Rwanda,' minister says
Gareth Davies, exchequer secretary to the Treasury, has said the government are still "confident we can maintain our policy on Rwanda" as ministers wait for a judgment from the Supreme Court. He told Kay Burley: "Well, Rwanda is the priority, but it is one of a number of options. The Prime Minister has already signed, for example, an agreement with Albania." When asked if there is a "plan B" if the ruling goes against the government, he said it is "clear that he [the prime minister] will look at other options".
