City thrashed Sevilla 4-0 in early September, before the Spanish outfit were held to a stalemate by Copenhagen last time out in this competition.

Julen Lopetegui’s side were beaten convincingly by Atletico Madrid at the weekend and have accumulated just five points from their opening seven games in the league this season.
