BREAKING: Russian fighters down a US surveillance drone over the Black Sea

Russian Su-27 aircraft have been accused of conducting an "unsafe and unprofessional intercept" with a U.S. Air Force intelligence and surveillance drone operating over the Black Sea. Fuel was dumped on the MQ-9 aircraft and its propellor struck, causing U.S. forces to have to bring the aircraft down in international waters.
