Met Police apologises for failings over murdered sisters

Met Police Commissioner Cressida Dick has apologised for failings over missing persons reports on Nicole Smallman and Bibaa Henry. The pair were stabbed to death in June last year. A report by the the Independent Office for Police Conduct found that the level of services provided over the weekend when they went missing fell below standards.
