Former UK Afghanistan ambassador, Sir Nick Kay, analyses the new government calling the choices a 'silly thing' to do as it will 'sow the seeds for failure'. Among those appointed to the new interim cabinet as interior minister is Sirajuddin Haqqani, who is on the FBI's most-wanted list.
