Reading attack inquest: Deaths were “probably avoidable”

An inquest has concluded that the deaths of three friends who were stabbed in Reading four years ago were "probably avoidable". (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe) The judge coroner said the failings of multiple agencies contributed to the killings by Khairi Saadallah - a Libyan refugee released from prison 15 days earlier who should have been treated as extremist and "very dangerous".
